| The STAR III is a High Quality, functional product
combining a Superior metering injector,
with a sturdy Polyethylene tank to provide a Complete Metering System. The STAR III may be ordered with either a FLEXFLO A-100N Series injector or, a CHEM-FEED C-1100 Series injector, in the version of your choice. The Star III tank is available in three handy sizes, 7, 15 or 30 gallon capacity. A covered opening at the top of the tank makes addition of chemical quick and hassle free. The opening may be left open, closed or vented. A special drip edge pour spout protects the injector from chemical spills. A support rim helps to ensure the metering injector is secure on the tank. The tank has extra heavy wall thickness for added strength and stability as well as a convenient square shape. |
| STAR III EQUIPPED WITH THE FLEXFLO A-100N
The STAR III is available equipped with Blue-White’s Superior Peristaltic Metering Pump, the FLEXFLO A-100N. The A-100N is offered in three styles, Standard, Deluxe and “E” versions. DELUXEunits have the pinpoint accuracy of digital output adjustment, with bright LED read out. There is even a built-in silent alarm to alert the operator it is time to replace the pump tube assembly. The E SERIES Version is Capable of receiving 4-20mA, 0-10VDC and Pulsed Signal Inputs. These signal inputs are used to automatically adjust the output of the injector. The addition of the NEW Variable Speed Motor Option ensures uninterrupted output, no ON/OFF cycle, and no injector “downtime.” Additional A-100NEV features include: A thoughtfully designed Pump/Motor configuration that makes changing brushes quick and simple; brush life of up to 2000 hours plus a full set of extra brushes included with each unit shipped. The STANDARD A-100N unit has an easy to operate, dial type output adjustment. FLEXFLO A-100N features include:

The NEW CHEM-FEED C-1100 Series is offered in four versions. Each version features Blue-White's own Heavy Duty Cartridge Valve Head and, a sleek housing of attractive black Valox. Combine these design benefits with CONTROL. The D Model features the pinpoint accuracy of digital output control with bright LED read-out and a 4000:1 turndown ratio. A Models are fitted with a Solid State Output control in One Minute or Five Second Cycles and have a 2000:1 turndown ratio. The E Models are Capable of receiving 4-20mA, 0-10VDC and Pulsed Signal Inputs. These signal inputs are used to automatically adjust the output of the injector. The addition of Blue-White's all New Variable Speed Motor Option ensures uninterrupted output, no ON/OFF cycle, and no injector “downtime.” The thoughtfully designed Pump/Motor configuration makes changing brushes quick and simple; brush life is up to 2000 hours plus a full set of extra brushes is included with each unit shipped.
